Actichem Polyprop Plus is a professional-grade detergent specifically engineered for the unique challenges of cleaning olefin (polypropylene) carpets. Because olefin fibres are naturally hydrophobic, they tend to attract and hold onto oily soils, which often leads to “wick-back” and a dull, grey appearance after cleaning.
PolyProp Plus uses an advanced, double-strength formula to penetrate and release these stubborn oily deposits and particulate soils. It is particularly effective for filtration soiling, fire restoration projects, and high-traffic commercial environments. Despite its industrial-strength performance, it achieves results through smart soil-release chemistry rather than relying on harsh, high-alkaline agents that can stress carpet fibres. For the best results, it is designed to work synergistically with Rinse Pro to encapsulate any remaining residues and ensure a bright, streak-free finish.
