A super concentrated biocide, NWC Benzo Quat 50, available in 20L, is a powerful solution for controlling organic growth on exterior surfaces. With a guaranteed 50% active ingredient, this product is expertly formulated to kill lichen, mould, and algae, helping to restore the appearance of your building and paving exteriors. It can also be used as a post-treatment after pressure cleaning for a long-lasting residual effect that inhibits regrowth.
This highly concentrated formula is extremely cost-effective. A standard 5L drum can be diluted to make 125L of mix, enough to cover most average double-storey homes. For best results, simply spray it on the affected growth and do not rinse. The growth will die and weather away naturally over time.
Important: Do not apply when rain is forecast within 12 hours.
